Can I bring a golf cart to your events to enter show? 

Of course you can bring anything tanks, bikes, anything cool you will just enter the special interest class.

What if its raining the day of show? 

Check the our homepage for update on the day of the event or try our Facebook page. If that fails text or call (214) 402 6045.

Can my car be the feature car on the plaques or trophies?  

Send us some pictures and we will email you and discuss it.  

Can I bring my car, truck or motorcycle and just hang out at show not enter show? 

Yes come on you will just need to park in spectator parking. 

How does the judging happen?

The judging is done by the competitors, except for the People’s Choice which is done by the spectators. All votes are counted and the most votes wins. In case of tie, we let George Washington decide. In other words it’s an unofficial toss of the coin.

What if I don’t see a category for my vehicle?

We gotcha covered. Talk to the staff or contact us. Also look at the policy page for a complete listing of categories and how you can lobby to create a new one.

Do I have to stay for the entire event?

It can be difficult to impossible to move vehicles in order to let someone out. Besides, your missing the fun to stay and see who wins! Who knows it might be you.

Do you give refunds?

We have a no refund policy. Rules can be broken, but we ask that you submit a request for a refund and let us review after the event. We have a lot going on during the show and need time to honor any refund reques
