Our partners help make each show possible with their support by marketing individual events, funding awards and trophy's, and providing a venue. In order for our team to arrive and put on a car show, there is a minimum expense and break-even point determined by the number of registrations for the event. Without a partner, the events would not be possible. We promote our partners at each event, on our website, and in other promotions, so our partnership is an investment that gives throughout the car show season.
In order to arrive at the minimum fee necessary to put on the car show event, we would need to start with a site survey to make several determinations tnat help us arraive at a minimum fee. The number of available parking is a major consideration, along with the location, the type of venue, logistical limitations, or any local ordinances or restrictions. Some venues will require more staffing than others. Once our team has evaluated the possibilities, the partner is quoted a price based on the minimum cost to put on the event.
Once the minimum has been determined, each partner will have a chance to upgrade their event. Due to the growing number of car shows in our area, the upgrades have become more of a necessity to make each event stand out among the rest.

Our minimum fee doesn't cover the cost of trophies. An upgrade can be applied to create really nice trophies, which is one big factor in drawing a crowd. It is a competition, and the reward to each participant matters.
Marketing prizes gets the attention of those who have targeted a car show. and those who haven't. These guys and girls plan their events, so offering a cash prize, gift cards, TV's, or big ticket items is almost always guaranteed to grow the numbers. Cash is king when it comes to offering a unique prize.

We are finding that that brining in a co-partner to an event can bring great rewards to the a single event. We use the partner fee to offset the minimum cost, then the co-partner adds to the awards and prizes. In the event of a show with a great track record, the co-partner gets top recognition for their business. It's always a win-win for all.
Unique Partner Strategies
Anything that makes you stand out as a partner will make the event more successful. Our partners who offer food specials, discounts, free stuff, and things we have never thought of before or seen at a car show, helps create a buzz (or at least louder engines) around the event.
Many partners bring in their sponsors for partner upgrades. Being named at the event as a sponsor for a partner upgrade is great advertising and branding. Your supplier or associate business should be lobbied to participate, especially when your success benefits theirs.

As most of you know, running car shows is not a great revenue generator. That’s why we depend on sponsors to such a high level to make the events possible and great affordable fun. We offer many ways to get involved and know that if you don’t want or need the business, your sponsorship can be given in the name of a charity, a loved one, or applied to a specific area or cost. This level of sponsorship will receive “Exclusive” naming rights in the event title, brand logo included on official event flyers, flags, banners, and products, lead position logo inclusion on the official event logo on all event marketing collateral, brand exposure banner on MSP website, sponsorship awards, local advertising in all media releases and social media, and pre and post-event exposure in our custom designed spots for your company
Platinum Sponsor $1500
Our platinum sponsors receive on air recognition and endorsements at all MSP events, listing on our website and social networks. Banners and vehicle advertising is also in the works for our prized sponsors. Vehicle registration and premier parking at the event is always a benefit of upper level sponsorship.
Gold Sponsor $1000
Gold sponsors enjoy most of the benefits as their platinum counterparts, with a little less exposure. On air recognition and endorsements come with every car show. Vehicle registration is always a benefit of upper level sponsorship.
Silver Sponsor $500
Silver sponsors will get free registration, website acknowledgement, and a place in our sponsor listings.
